He also served as CEO and Partner of Concrete Craft, where he led a successful restructure and sale of the company, improving system-wide revenue by over 20% in just one year. In addition to his leadership roles, Barry has worked as a business coach and directed large-scale manufacturing operations, bringing a wealth of practical experience across industries.
