September’s topic is Securing Financial Sources and we will be hearing from Eric Togneri, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Neri Capital Partners.

In his current capacity, he leads business valuations, business development, and marketing, exit planning, buy-side advisory, and practice leader for micro-cap advisory.

Previously, Mr. Togneri held various positions during his seventeen years in the consumer goods industry. His professional tenure included director / department-head level positions in sales, marketing, finance, and category management. Mr. Togneri has been associated with several high-profile brand acquisitions and divestitures in the health and beauty market sector.

He is the Co-Founder of the Exit Planning Exchange- Atlanta Chapter and was the Co-Founder and original Investor in the Category Management Association. He earned his BBA in Marketing at the University of Iowa and MBA at the University of Pittsburgh. He earned his accreditation as a Certified Exit Planning Advisor from the Exit Planning Institute and is nationally recognized by publications and podcasts for his expertise in business valuations.
